Tina Hay qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and has practised criminal law ever since. In recent years she has been increasingly involved in dangerous dog and animal welfare cases. The majority of her caseload in these fields are a result of personal recommendations and referrals. She is the legal adviser for the DDA Watch and Endangered Dogs organisationss and writes a legal advice column for K9 magazine. She is also the owner of two spirited Stafforshire bull terriers. |

Andrew Harman is the Principal of the practice. Over 33 years he has acquired a uniquely broad experience in criminal law. Having sat as a magistrate for over 20years he qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and took over as Principal of Wheldon Law in 2008. He has extensive experience defending clients from criminal prosecution in the whole range of criminal offences from the most serious to the most minor. He leads a small team with access to a wide range of professionals to assist as necessary. |
